JULIANNA JOO’s passion for makeup stems from a deep appreciation of self-expression through art – both classic and contemporary. After receiving her degree in Business Administration from USC, Julianna landed at Smashbox Cosmetics.

Wanting to delve deeper into the world of beauty and fashion, Julianna went to work at FIDM. It was not long before she was courted by fashion designer Tadashi to head his marketing and PR, contributing to his successful retail stores launches and catwalk shows. It was during this time, she discovered her true calling as a makeup artist. She soon enrolled at Cinema Makeup School: one of the premier Hollywood makeup schools in the entertainment industry.

With over ten years of extensive makeup consulting experience, Julianna's artistry has been featured in print, film and television for clients ranging from Revlon and CBS Entertainment to Fortune 500 companies.

Julianna Joo considers Los Angeles her home. She is also available for weddings, special events and personal consultations.
